Since 2006, in our winery we have been working to learn, experiment, and expand our knowledge in viticulture.
We do this hand in hand with the wise people of our town and through academic training.
In 2011, we created a learning winery with the help of crowdfunding, and in 2013 we launched the Talcomraja project.
We are part of the Aranyó producers’ cooperative and seek synergies with artists, students, and local producers.
Microvinificacions
Al Celler Talcomraja, el nostre celler familiar només treballa amb dues hectàrees de vinya.
Gràcies a aquesta microproducció, aconseguim fer unes 5.000 ampolles a l’any, amb un sostre previst de 10-12.000 ampolles.
Això ens permet cuidar cada vi de manera personalitzada, vinificant en dipòsits de volum inferior a 1.000 litres per a un control minuciós de la seva evolució.
