Our essence
We are Joan and Cristina, caretakers at Can Pau Bernadó. We tend the land and the vineyards with respect for nature’s cycles and the environment.
We don’t come from a farming tradition, but we do come from a deep love for the land and culture.
Joan, with a degree in Environmental Sciences, has restored and planted vineyards, learning and training with the “elders.” Cristina, with management experience and training in sommeliership and regenerative agriculture, has joined the Talcomraja project.
Together we work the vineyards, experiment in the winery, and manage the day-to-day of the project. Each bottle is the fruit of effort, love for the land, and the will to share another possible world: fairer, closer, and more human.
The heart of our winery
From the lands of Alt Maresme, facing the Mediterranean, rise our vineyards, worked with respect for the environment and much love until they reach your glass. Each bottle is a tribute to tradition, sustainability, and the nature that surrounds us.
What is a natural wine? It is the grape as it comes, the fruit of fermented grapes and nothing else. Vineyards worked without chemicals, spontaneous fermentations, and no artifices in the winery. A living wine, purely expressing the land and the vintage.
In the vineyard
● 0% synthetic chemicals (herbicides, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers).
● We prioritize organic and regenerative viticulture, working with respect for the soil, biodiversity, and natural cycles.
In the winery
● We make spontaneous fermentation (without added commercial yeasts).
● We do not correct or manipulate the must with chemicals (no acidifiers, enzymes, aromas, or added sugars).
● We do not filter or clarify.
● Zero added sulfites.

2006
We began the path: learning, experimenting, and expanding knowledge in viticulture.
2011
Creation of the learning winery with the help of crowdfunding.
2013
Birth of the Talcomraja project, which today continues to grow with new synergies.
